Mrs. Avril Vaz

Assistant Head Teacher, Ravens Wood School, Bromley, England

Avril is a scientist. She was head of science at Ravens Wood and also gained Advanced Teacher Status. She is now teaching maths and science.

She has been a tutor on a number of the immersion programmes. She has a specialist interest in wider opportunites to achieve, the constructive use of systematic classroom observations and linear learning programmes.

Avril is also a consultant for other schools in raising attainment.
