Carl is a mathematician. He gained his degree and teaching qualifications at Loughborough University.

He has worked on a number of national and international projects for the Specialist Schools Trust, Headstart and Texas Instruments.

Carl is a tutor on the immersion programmes with a special interest in linear learning programmes.
