Mrs. Carol Homer
Head of Practioner Networks, Specialist Schools and Academies Trust, London, Engand
Formerly, Carol was Assistant Head Teacher at Ravens Wood School, when she was seconded to the Specialist Schools Trust where she acted as consultant in school improvement. She then joined the Trust fully in 2005.
Carol gained her first degree in English and has an MA in school improvement and school effectiveness from the Institute of Education, London.
She was one of the first accredited Advanced Skills Teachers in England.
In addition to this, Carol has worked as a consultant for the Western Quebec School Board and is a founder member of the Alliance.
