Bill has a Science Degree from Newcastle University. He was Head of Science and then Assistant Headteacher at Ravens Wood.

Currently, he is working as a consultant in information technology for a number of organisations including the London Challenge.

Bill is a founder member of the Alliance, making a particular contribution in the area of data management and web based communications.
